Program Manager
Role Summary
Position Type: Remote (Connecticut)
Ideal Start Date: February 2025
Work Arrangement: This is a remote role with no requirement to report to a central office, but involves occasional in-person engagement across the state.
Overview
The Program Manager will own day to day execution of the Cash Catalyst intervention while supporting broader Wealth Accelerator operations.
This role is responsible maintaining contact with each Catalyst and documenting in Notion, coordinating with partners and evaluation teams
The Program Manager will also allocate time to cross cutting work including outreach and onboarding for participants and partners
This position is paid hourly, with a contract that runs through December 2026, with possibility for extension if funding allows
Compensation
This role is paid hourly at a rate of $40 per hour, for up to 20 hours per week
Core Responsibilities
The Program Manager will assist the Wealth Accelerator in managing operations across multiple workstreams
Wealth Accelerator Operations
Stakeholder Coordination
Support outreach to community organizations, solution providers, and potential implementation partners across Connecticut and New England for current and future interventions.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new participants and partners
Serve as an operational liaison with ConnCAT/ConnCORP and other local partners
Evaluation Support
Work closely with evaluation partners including supporting baseline data collection, follow up surveys, and outcome tracking across interventions
Ensure that internal systems, including Notion, capture the data fields required by evaluation partners
Cash Catalyst
Participant Relationship Management
Serve as primary day to day point of contact for Cash Catalyst participants
Track touchpoints, notes, and action items in Notion for the full team
Proactively identify participants who are stalled or at risk for early mitigation
Process Management
Own the Cash Catalyst operational workspace in Notion
Work with internal finance and operations to facilitate cash transfers
Skills and Experience
Strong program or project management experience in a complex, multi stakeholder context like nonprofits, accelerators, philanthropy, or social enterprises
Comfort managing a high touch participant experience while also running tight internal documentation systems
Familiarity with productivity tools for pipeline tracking, documentation, and data management
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into concise recommendations
Experience or strong interest in racial wealth gap work, household finance, or impact investing
